藤墳 涼太（以下「開発者」）は、Travoryアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）を個人開発者として提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際に、どのような情報を収集し、どのように使用・管理するかについて説明するものです。
本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報の収集および使用に同意したものとみなされます。
1. アプリの概要
Travoryは、旅行計画・記録・共有を目的とした旅行関連アプリです。
主な機能：
- 旅行計画の作成（スケジュール作成、費用管理）
- 地図検索によるスポット登録
- 写真の保存・閲覧（旅のアルバム機能）
- ローカルストレージによる思い出管理
- 他ユーザーとの旅行計画共有（今後追加予定）
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
2.1 位置情報
- 使用目的： スポット登録および地図表示のために、ユーザーの現在地や座標情報を取得します。
- 使用方法： 位置情報は、ユーザーが登録したスポットの記録や地図上での表示に使用されます。
- 重要： 位置情報はユーザーの追跡や監視には一切使用されません。
2.2 ユーザーアカウント情報
- 使用目的： アカウント管理およびログイン機能の提供
- 収集内容： メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化されて保存されます）
- サービス： Firebase Authenticationを利用しています。
2.3 写真・画像データ
- 使用目的： 旅行の思い出を記録・閲覧するため
- 収集方法： ユーザーが端末内から選択した写真のみを収集します。
- 保存場所： ローカルストレージまたはFirebase Storageに保存されます。
2.4 連絡先情報
本アプリは、端末のアドレス帳や連絡先情報を一切取得しません。
3. 第三者サービスの利用
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。
3.1 Firebase（Google LLC）
- Firebase Authentication： ユーザーアカウントの管理（ログイン・登録）
- Firebase Firestore： 旅行計画、スポット情報、その他のデータの保存
- Firebase Storage： 写真データの保存（オプション機能）

- 本アプリは、広告を表示しません。

4.1 データの保存場所
- Firebaseクラウド： 旅行計画、スポット情報、アカウント情報などの主要なデータ
- デバイス内（ローカルストレージ）： 一部の写真データや設定情報
4.2 データの共有
本アプリは、収集した個人情報を第三者に販売、レンタル、共有することは一切ありません。
法的要請がある場合や、法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、データを開示することはありません。
5. データのセキュリティ
開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を保護するために、商業的に合理的な手段を講じています。ただし、インターネット上での送信方法や電子的な保存方法に100%安全なものはないため、絶対的なセキュリティを保証することはできません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一、お子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合は、直ちにサーバーから削除いたします。

Ryota Fujitsuka (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") provides the Travory app (hereinafter referred to as "the App") as an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, and how it is used and managed.

1. App Overview
Travory is a travel-related app designed for travel planning, recording, and sharing.
Main Features:
- Travel planning (schedule creation, expense management)
- Spot registration via map search
- Photo storage and viewing (travel album feature)
- Memory management using local storage

2. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following information:
2.1 Location Information
- Purpose: To register spots and display maps, we collect the user's current location and coordinates.
- Usage: Location information is used to record user-registered spots and display them on maps.
- Important: Location information is NOT used for user tracking or monitoring.

- Collection Method: Only photos selected by the user from their device are collected.

The App does NOT access or collect any contact information from your device's address book.

- Firebase Cloud: Primary data including travel plans, spot information, and account information
- Device Local Storage: Some photo data and settings information
4.2 Data Sharing
The App does NOT sell, rent, or share collected personal information with third parties.
Data will not be disclosed except when legally required or mandated by law.
5. Data Security
The Developer employs commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
