はじめに

藤墳 涼太（以下「開発者」）は、Travoryアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）を個人開発者として提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際に、どのような情報を収集し、どのように使用・管理するかについて説明するものです。

本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報の収集および使用に同意したものとみなされます。

1. アプリの概要

Travoryは、旅行計画・記録・共有を目的とした旅行関連アプリです。

主な機能：

• 旅行計画の作成（タイムスケジュール作成、持ち物リスト、費用管理）
• おでかけ・日常の予定管理、カレンダー表示
• 地図検索によるスポットの保存
• 写真の保存・閲覧（旅のアルバム機能、日本全国フォトマップ）
• 他のユーザーとの旅行計画の共有
• ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェット表示

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

2.1 アカウント情報

• 使用目的： 利用者の識別、およびデータの端末間同期・旅行計画の共有機能の提供
• 収集内容： Appleから提供される識別子、お名前、メールアドレス
• サービス： Appleが提供する「Appleでサインイン」を利用しています。

2.2 位置情報

• 使用目的： スポットの保存および地図表示のために、現在地や座標情報を取得します。
• 使用方法： 位置情報は、保存したスポットの記録、地図上での表示、および目的地の天気予報の取得に使用されます。
• 重要： 位置情報はユーザーの追跡や監視には一切使用されません。また、バックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得することはありません。

2.3 写真・画像データ

• 使用目的： 旅行の思い出を記録・閲覧するため
• 収集方法： ユーザーが端末内から選択した写真のみを取得します。写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。
• 保存場所： 写真の実データはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

2.4 旅行計画・記録データ

• 収集内容： 旅行計画、スケジュール、持ち物リスト、費用、保存したスポット、予定、アルバムの情報など、ユーザーが本アプリに入力した内容
• 保存場所： お使いの端末、およびお客様ご自身のiCloud（CloudKit）

2.5 ご意見・ご要望の送信時に取得する情報

アプリ内の「ご意見・ご要望」から送信いただいた場合に限り、以下の情報を取得します。この機能をご利用にならない場合、これらが送信されることはありません。

• ご入力いただいた内容（種類・本文）
• 返信先メールアドレス（任意項目です。未入力でも送信できます。）
• アプリのバージョン、iOSのバージョン、ご利用の端末の機種名

バージョン等を併せて取得しているのは、不具合がどの環境で発生しているかを特定するためです。この機能では、位置情報、写真、旅行の記録が送信されることはありません。

3. 利用するサービス

本アプリは、Apple Inc. が提供する以下のサービスを利用しています。

3.1 Appleでサインイン

利用者の認証に使用します。

3.2 iCloud（CloudKit）

• プライベートデータベース： 旅行計画、予定、保存したスポット、アルバムの情報を保存し、同じApple Accountでサインインした端末間で同期します。ここに保存されたデータはお客様のiCloud領域にあり、開発者が閲覧することはできません。
• パブリックデータベース： 「ご意見・ご要望」から送信された内容の受け取りと、共有機能をご利用になった旅行計画の保存に使用します（詳しくは「4.3 他のユーザーとの旅行計画の共有」をご覧ください）。

3.3 WeatherKit

旅行の目的地の天気予報を表示するために、目的地の座標をAppleに送信します。

3.4 マップ（MapKit）

地図の表示と場所の検索に使用します。場所を検索された際は、入力された検索語と地図の表示範囲がAppleに送信されます。

3.5 App内課金（StoreKit）

アプリ内に、開発を応援していただくための任意の「投げ銭」機能があります。決済はAppleが取り扱い、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。ご利用にならなくても、アプリのすべての機能をお使いいただけます。

3.6 広告およびアナリティクス

3.7 アフィリエイトリンクについて

本アプリには、レジャー・遊び体験予約サイト「アソビュー！」へのアフィリエイトリンク（広告）を掲載しています。該当箇所には「PR」と表示しています。このリンクは、アフィリエイトサービス「A8.net」（株式会社ファンコミュニケーションズ）を経由します。

• リンクをタップされた場合のみ、外部サイトへ移動します。タップされない限り、外部サイトへの通信は発生しません。
• リンクには、成果測定のための識別子（お客様個人を特定しない、当方の媒体を示す情報）が含まれます。
• 本アプリがリンクに含めるのは、行き先の都道府県などの検索条件のみです。
• お客様のお名前、メールアドレス、位置情報、旅行計画の内容など、本アプリ内のデータが提携先へ送信されることはありません。
• リンクを経由した予約が成立した場合、開発者が紹介料を受け取ることがあります。お客様のお支払額が増えることはありません。
• 移動先の外部サイトおよびA8.netにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。あわせてご確認ください。

4. データの保存と管理

4.1 データの保存場所

• お客様のiCloud（CloudKit）： 旅行計画、予定、保存したスポット、アルバムなどのデータ
• デバイス内： 写真の実データ、アカウント情報、アプリの設定

4.2 データの共有

法的要請がある場合や、法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、データを開示することはありません。

4.3 他のユーザーとの旅行計画の共有

本アプリには、旅行計画を他のユーザーと共有する機能があります。共有をご利用になった旅行計画は、共有コードを知っている方が取得できる領域（iCloudのパブリックデータベース）に保存されます。仕組み上、共有コードを知った第三者は、その内容を閲覧できます。

• 共有された計画には、旅行名・日程・タイムスケジュール・費用など、その計画に入力された内容が含まれます。
• 共有コードは、共有したい相手にのみお伝えください。
• 共有機能をご利用にならない旅行計画、および日常の予定・記念日は、この領域に保存されることはありません。
• 共有はアプリ内でいつでも解除できます。

5. データの削除

• 個別のデータ： 旅行計画、予定、スポット、写真は、アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。
• アカウントと全データ： アプリ内の設定画面から、アカウントおよび保存されているすべてのデータを削除できます。この操作は取り消せません。
• アプリの削除について： 本アプリを端末から削除しただけでは、iCloudに保存されたデータは残ります。すべて消去されたい場合は、上記の「アカウントと全データ」の削除をご利用ください。
• 送信したご意見・ご要望： 削除をご希望の場合は、末尾のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

6. データのセキュリティ

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を保護するために、商業的に合理的な手段を講じています。ただし、インターネット上での送信方法や電子的な保存方法に100%安全なものはないため、絶対的なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。開発者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一、お子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合は、直ちに削除いたします。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、変更される場合があります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。定期的にこのページをご確認いただくことをお勧めします。

Introduction

Ryota Fujitsuka (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") provides the Travory app (hereinafter referred to as "the App") as an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, and how it is used and managed.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. App Overview

Travory is a travel-related app designed for travel planning, recording, and sharing.

Main Features:

• Travel planning (schedule creation, packing lists, expense management)
• Management of outings and everyday plans, with calendar view
• Saving places via map search
• Photo storage and viewing (travel album, Japan photo map)
• Sharing travel plans with other users
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following information:

2.1 Account Information

• Purpose: To identify you within the App, sync your data across devices, and enable the trip sharing feature
• Information Collected: The identifier, name, and email address provided by Apple
• Service: We use Sign in with Apple.

2.2 Location Information

• Purpose: To save places and display maps, we collect your current location and coordinates.
• Usage: Location information is used to record saved places, display them on maps, and retrieve weather forecasts for your destinations.
• Important: Location information is NOT used for user tracking or monitoring, and the App does not collect location data continuously in the background.

2.3 Photos and Images

• Purpose: To record and view travel memories
• Collection Method: Only photos you select from your device are accessed. The App does not read your entire photo library.
• Storage Location: Photo files are stored only on your device.

2.4 Travel Plans and Records

• Information Collected: Travel plans, schedules, packing lists, expenses, saved places, plans, and album information that you enter into the App
• Storage Location: Your device and your own iCloud (CloudKit)

2.5 Information Collected When You Send Feedback

If, and only if, you submit feedback through the in-app "Feedback" form, we collect the following. Nothing is transmitted if you do not use this feature.

• The content you enter (category and message)
• Your email address for replies (optional; you may leave this blank)
• Your app version, iOS version, and device model

Version information is collected to identify the environment in which a problem occurs. No location data, photos, or travel records are transmitted through this feature.

3. Services We Use

The App uses the following services provided by Apple Inc.

3.1 Sign in with Apple

Used to authenticate users.

3.2 iCloud (CloudKit)

• Private database: Stores your travel plans, plans, saved places, and album information, and syncs them across devices signed in with the same Apple Account. This data resides in your own iCloud storage and cannot be viewed by the Developer.
• Public database: Used to receive content submitted through the "Feedback" form, and to store travel plans for which you have enabled sharing (see "4.3 Sharing Travel Plans with Other Users").

3.3 WeatherKit

Destination coordinates are sent to Apple in order to display weather forecasts for your travel destinations.

3.4 Maps (MapKit)

Used to display maps and search for places. When you search for a place, your search terms and the visible map region are sent to Apple.

3.5 In-App Purchase (StoreKit)

The App offers an optional "tip" feature for supporting development. Payments are handled by Apple, and the Developer never receives payment details such as your credit card number. All features of the App remain available whether or not you use it.

3.6 Advertising and Analytics

3.7 Affiliate Links

The App contains affiliate links (advertisements) to "Asoview!", a booking site for leisure activities and experiences. Such links are labeled "PR". These links are routed through the affiliate service "A8.net" (Fan Communications, Inc.).

• You are taken to the external site only when you tap the link. No communication with the external site occurs unless you tap it.
• The link contains an identifier used for measuring referrals. This identifier represents our media, not you personally.
• The only information the App includes in the link is search criteria such as the destination prefecture.
• None of your data in the App, such as your name, email address, location data, or the contents of your travel plans, is sent to the partner site.
• If a booking is made through such a link, the Developer may receive a referral commission. This does not increase the amount you pay.
• Information handling on the external site and on A8.net is governed by their respective privacy policies. Please review them as well.

4. Data Storage and Management

4.1 Data Storage Location

• Your iCloud (CloudKit): Travel plans, plans, saved places, albums, and related data
• Your device: Photo files, account information, and app settings

4.2 Data Sharing

Data will not be disclosed except when legally required or mandated by law.

4.3 Sharing Travel Plans with Other Users

The App allows you to share travel plans with other users. A travel plan for which you enable sharing is stored in an area retrievable by anyone who knows the share code (iCloud's public database). By design, a third party who learns the share code can view its contents.

• A shared plan includes what you entered for it, such as its title, dates, timeline, and expenses.
• Please give the share code only to the people you intend to share with.
• Travel plans for which you do not enable sharing, as well as your everyday plans and anniversaries, are never stored in this area.
• You can stop sharing at any time within the App.

5. Deleting Your Data

• Individual data: Travel plans, plans, places, and photos can be deleted within the App at any time.
• Your account and all data: You can delete your account and all stored data from the settings screen in the App. This action cannot be undone.
• Deleting the App: Removing the App from your device alone does not delete data stored in iCloud. To erase everything, please use the account deletion described above.
• Submitted feedback: To request deletion, please contact us using the details below.

6. Data Security

The Developer employs commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective when posted on this page. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
